Salix Yoga

Where inner strength, shared growth and spiritual connection take root

Yoga has been my anchor, helping me reconnect with myself through life’s physical and mental challenges.

I’m Chloe, and after 10 years of personal practice, I felt called to spread the joy of yoga. I completed my 300-hour teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2025.

Yoga isn’t about flexibility, it’s about connection. After two major spinal surgeries, I’m certainly not the most flexible yogi out there! My practice and teaching focuses on what feels right for the body.

My classes combine Vinyasa and Yin elements, blending movement, breath and relaxation to create space for my students to safely explore their inner selves.

The Salix, or Willow, is a tree rich in spiritual symbolism. Its graceful, flexible branches represent strength and resilience, while their interwoven form speaks to the power of connection and community.
